Record Components:
kind - the operator's reason, in UpperCamelCase — ReadyGatePassed, PodRejected. A string and not an enum, because the operator's vocabulary gains values. Match on the ones you know and pass the rest through.
subject - what the event is about — a server name, or a group name for an event about a group.
group - the group the subject belongs to, or the subject itself when the event is about a group. Never empty.
warning - whether this is the ordinary case or the one somebody should look at.
